Services
We offer guided rafting and canyoning trips. You meet at the agreed place at the scheduled time (usually 10:00 or 14:00; see available times in booking).

Prices and payment
All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
Online (the “Pay online” option in booking): you pay at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
At the base (the “Pay at the base” option, or by agreement): we accept card, Vipps and cash (NOK).
Vipps is for payment at the base, not as a separate button in online checkout.

Cancellation and changes
Free cancellation or change until 24 hours before the trip. After that, the full amount is charged.

Right of withdrawal
Experiences with a fixed date and time are as a rule exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act section 22 letter m. We still offer free cancellation/change as described above.

Attendance and safety
You are responsible for arriving on time at the stated place, and for following safety instructions and age limits for the chosen trip.

Force majeure
If the trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, flood, technical problems or similar), you will be offered a full refund or a new date.
